Cancellation Policy
Appointments:
- We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
- Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of R 500.
- Exceptions may be considered for unforeseen medical emergencies.
Refund Policy
Colon Hydrotherapy Sessions:
- Fees for Colon Hydrotherapy sessions are generally non-refundable.
- In exceptional circumstances (e.g., documented medical emergencies), we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the clinic manager.
- A medical certificate may be required to support the refund request.
